The company is a boutique advisory firm. They provide services to foreign businesses to understand the Chinese market.

Missions

• Research: Proactively identify, research and assess new industries, identify investment opportunities, approach interesting companies and build industry networks and expertise
• Deal-sourcing: Proactively make initial contact with new clients through participating in conferences, trade-shows and networking events
• Develop the firm’s network of contacts within the PE and other relevant communities – financial advisors, legal and accounting firms, universities etc
• Analysis and due-diligence: Screen and analyze new investment opportunities according to pre-defined metrics, prepare investment market briefs, present investment cases together with Director to the management and investment committee.

Requirements

• Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Bachelor Degree in Business from a leading institution in Europe or North America.
• Strong academic background and extra curricular activities
• Outgoing personality and proactive

Compensation
• 1000 RMB per month
