Company

An International PR and Event company is seeking a Sales Assistant.

Missions

• Assist the Key Accounts Managers developing the new pitches’ presentations by internally managing the inputs of the various departments involved (creativity & design, entertainment, budget, etc…) and putting together the final presentations in order to win bids.
• Be in charge of creating some marketing materials to promote the agency.
• Shall represent the company at various business meetings.

Requirements

• Native English speaker with some Chinese background is required.
• Good level of Chinese (spoken and written) preferred.
• Strong interest for fashion, lifestyle and new trends is required.
• Sales & marketing degree is preferred.
• Experience at international Event/PR/Adv firm is preferred.
• Strong presentation creation skills (ppt/pdf, design software,…) preferred.
