Position: Senior Application Engineer

Location: Shanghai

Your tasks:
-Self-directed development of individual adhesive solutions for customers in China as well as across Korea and Taiwan
-Close collaboration with Engineering and Sales Department in Germany and with Representative Offices on-site.
-Conducting experiments and trainings for our customers and partners
-Accurate documentation of the experiments and their results
-Building-up an applications laboratory in Shanghai (short to medium term)

Your qualifications:
-Degree in engineering, i.e. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, material science or similar technical education
-At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical commercial environment (service, applications engineering, process technology etc.)
-Very good English skills (oral, written)
-Willingness to travel to the customers on-site
-Good communication skills as well as social skills
-Long term focus
