Under the general supervision of the Controller, the Finance Executive is responsible for ensuring the Accounting work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position oversees transactional accounting activities including general ledger preparation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable and the month end close function(s). The Finance executive supports the Controller in the areas of analysis, reporting and budgeting activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounts payable (AP) tasks for accuracy and timely data entry, to include vendor invoice processing, weekly payments, general ledger (GL) coding, and aging reports
• Oversee daily accounts receivable (AR) tasks for accuracy and timely data entry, to include client invoicing, cash application, and collections
• Reconciliation of Bank Accounts/Statements
• Reconciliation and review of account balances - Intercompany, Prepaids, Petty Cash
• Ensure accurate inventory reporting to parent company
• Reconciliation of Intercompany balances among all related companies
• Liaise with other Eyelevel offices finance and other departments
• Liaise with local Tax office
• Liaise with audit firm and outsource accounting firm
• Responsible for completion of routine month and year end close procedures
• Review all posting batches from AR and AP into the GL
• Responsible for training to new and existing staff, as needed
• Point person for daily Finance Team requests and inquiries
• Advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Preferred skill sets include:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA a plus
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferable in corporate setting
• Experience with common accounting software
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting and financial systems and processes
• Exceptional communication skills, project management and organization skills
• Self-Starter who can see the big picture, bring workable solutions
