Daily Tasks:

• Identify research and communicate with foreign companies operating in China that have plans for construction, expansion or refurbishment of their facilities.
• Maintain and update database information based on calls made, look to update with new information and correct/replace invalid data.
• Support the Business Development Team in maintaining ongoing relationships with prospective clients once a project has been identified. This may include attending subsequent meetings and presentations.
• Develop Marketing/PR strategies to increase business.
• Prepare Workshops/Presentations.
• Utilize individual skills and abilities, such as IT or languages, on various administrative tasks, as and when needed. 

Requirements:

• Fluent English language skills( additional languages preffered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated, team player, independent and able to take initiative.

General Information:

Starting date: End of November/Beginning of December
Duration: 6 months
Allowance: 3,500 RMB/month
Location: Beijing, China

• 6 hours of group Chinese classes per week (or 3 hours per week of private lessons if there is no group available at your level)
• Accommodation in a modern shared apartment (with your own bedroom) in the centre of the city (all utilities included)
• Organization of cultural activities 2-4 times per week (tea ceremony, taichi lessons, kung fu show, trips and excursions in and around the city…)
• Practical assistance while here in China (including airport pickup, visa assistance, 24/7 support, welcome pack)
