Internship descriptions - area: Marketing

1. Marketing internship in Shanghai
- possible academic background: business studies, design, communication
- high interest in China
- independent worker / self-starter
- languages: preferably native speaker of one of the following languages: English, French or any Scandinavian language
task: academic survey on market situation in China for different industries, pre-sales activities and presentations, newsletter, general administration tasks, communication, maintaining network with team members, company staff worldwide, customers, suppliers and partners
period of time: 3 - 6 months
allowance: depending on the period of time, for longterm intern 4,000 - 6,000 CNY
entry: as soon as possible

2. Business Development internship / Marketing
- business studies background / interest in IT
- graphic design interest (webpage)
- keen and self-starter
language: English fluent, Chinese as plus
task: BD & Research
period of time: 6 months
allowance: 4,000 - 5,000 CNY
entry: any time

3. Marketing internship in Shanghai
- business background
- independent
- first work experience
- creative
- sociable
- language: English fluent
task: help with trade fairs in all over China, help with marketing activities
period of time: ≥ 3 months
allowance: 2,000 CNY, travel expenses for journeys within China (flight, hotel, food)
entry: Sep 2012

4. Marketing / Business Development / Sales in Real Estate internship in Shanghai
- preferably related academic background
- sociable
- keen
language: English native speaker (level)
tasks: running own projects, social mixer events, sales (cold calls)
period of time: ≥ 3 months
allowance: commission

Once we receive your complete application documents, we will check if one of our partner companies in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and elsewhere in China is looking for a candidate with your profile and your qualities. If we find one or more possible positions we will ask you for a phone call via Skype, to sharpen your profile, to get to know your motivations, to get to know you. The next phonecall (not the same day) will be held with the company which provides the internship.
Lindenbaum provides the cross-cultural seminars, they are held in the city where you do the internship.

Learning content

Internship: after a certain training period you will be able to work more independently

Cross-cultural workshops: you will study Chinese cultural standands in relation to China business culture on an academic level, and will receive a certificate of Lindenbaum when you have successfully participated (written examination)
