Sales DirectorOur client is a global acting, medium-sized company with more than 90 years of experience in the development, production and sales of industrial lubricants in the area of mechanical machining. With its highly motivated and qualified employees the company belongs to the specialists in this branch within Europe and Asia. As a global supplier to the automotive and car supplier industry our client helps to enhance the productivity in the production process.To drive the further development of the existing business in China the company is now looking for a SALES DIRECTOR who will take full responsibility of setting up, running and developing the sales organization which will be founded in Ningbo. Training and motivating a local sales team will be one focus of the job. Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or chemical engineering - Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the lubricant business or in the metal working industry - Minimum of 3 years management experience, also on the commercial side of a business, in China - Excellent project management and leadership skills - Excellent presentation and communication abilities - Fluent in written and spoken English – a basic command of Chinese is indispensable - Good sense of Chinese business behaviour We are looking forward to receiving your application including salary expectation and earliest starting date.
