The Hutong School organizes internships in combination with Chinese classes for students, graduates and young professionals who want to gain working and living experience in China. We will organize an internship at a local or international company in Beijing, provide accommodation and teach you Chinese.

Our services include:

Internship description:
Daily responsibilities include performing research & light fact checking, transcribing interviews, assisting with mass mailers, writing articles/blogs in mainly english and making reviews of artciles. Ideal candidates will have a Journalism or english studies background, but all persons passionate about gaining great experience with a fresh, innovative magazine are welcome to apply.

Requirements:
-Superior command of english language
-Keen eye for detail
-Command of MS Word, and MS Office
-Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
-Strong communication skills
-An ability to perform gracefully under pressure and meet deadlines
-Willingness to be flexible to project needs
-Ability to perform as part of a team as well as individually
-Desire to mentor and develop editorial skills of content producers
-Enthusiasm for Web trends
-Positive, proactive, solution-oriented approach to problems.
