All-around responsibility in the plant

Company profile:
A German company that supplies machine parts with a small team of production at present

Working location: Kunshan, Jiangsu Province

Responsibilities:
-Guarantee the production, meet the requirements in quality and timely delivery;
-Supervise all technical processes from the incoming of raw material until the warehousing or delivery of completed products;
-Solid knowledge on manufacturing (CNC machine, Conventional Lathe Machine, Air Pressure & etc), quality control;
-Implement quality system, ensure the compliance of high quality products according to German standard;
-Make preventive maintenance for the machines and make maintenance plan;
-Develop production objectives consistent with market demand and inventory requirements of new machines, tools and etc.
-Set up, maintain and continue improves the standards of manufacturing operations;
-Facility management of the factory (office and workshop building);
-Organize training for the production staff.

Candidates:
Both Internationals and local Chinese

Requirements:
-Above 30;
-Above 8 years in mechanical industry or related including 2 to 3 hands-on production management experience in foreign manufacturing business;
-Bachelor degree or college associate, engineering or mechanic education background;
-The ability to create and motivate high performance teams focused on achieving results;
-Good communication and inter-personal skills, strong leadership;
-Excellent communication skill in English or German;
-Able to read, understand & make hand drawing, make CAD-drawing, understand design of drawing;
-Able to make simple repair for the factory with workshop staffs;
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
