Missions

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling
• Should be comfortable with phone sales
• Ability to identify qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer relationships via telephone
• Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling
• Consistently being able to persuade the customer into a "positive" buying commitment in addition to possessing the necessary "closing" skills
• Able to clearly uncover the customer's individual needs while accurately testing specific solutions for a strong match
• Effectively contact senior-level decision makers from VPs to C-level executives

Requirements

• Prior sales experience
• Desire to work and exceed sales targets
• Ability to function independently in a team environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ambitious and committed towards achieving targets
• Possess a high level of intrinsic motivation

Compensation
• 3000-3500 RMB per month (commision)
