Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Generate English level evaluation system & locate the staff’s English level well and truly.
2. Create or choose proper training material for staff with different levels of English language proficiency.
3. Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment and students with flexible hours.
4. Conduct high quality English training programs to help employees improve English language skills in various aspects (Listening/ Speaking / Reading/ Writing).
5. Track English language training results and pursue continuous improvement.
6. Regularly provide individual advice/ suggestion to each student on training English.
7. Evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.

Requirements:
1. Native English speaker is preferred.
2. Bachelor degree and above.
4. Experienced trainer for business people is preferred.
