Our company is is a multi-disciplinary British project management consultancy providing engineering and construction services to international companies seeking to build, expand or refurbish facilities throughout China. With knowledge gained from nearly over 200 projects we help our clients to complete their projects on time, within budget and to an optimal level of quality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identify, research and communicate with foreign companies operating in China that have plans for construction, expansion or refurbishment of their facilities.
2. Maintain and update database information based on calls made, look to update with new information and correct/replace invalid data.
3. Support the Business Development Team in maintaining ongoing relationships with prospective clients once a project has been identified. This may include attending subsequent meetings and presentations.
4. Develop Marketing/PR strategies to increase business.
5. Prepare Workshops/Presentations.
6. Utilise individual skills and abilities, such as IT or languages, on various administrative tasks, as and when needed.

Requirements:
1. Excellent telecommunication skills.
2. Ability to learn quickly.
3. Self-motivated, independent and able to take initiative.
