Project assistant internship in Beijing

Duration: minimum 3 months
Allowance: commission based (does not cover living expenses)

Daily tasks: You will be dedicated to one or more of the services within the company and you will cover most areas of its business:
- marketing our business
- hearing potential clients’ briefings
- preparing a recommendation to present to potential clients
- implementing proposals : event organization, artists booking, decoration concepts, …
- event management
- client follow-up after events
- looking for new talents, developing relationships with artists

Requirements: We are seeking committed people, willing to work full-time and ready to invest themselves in the company, for mutual growth.
- 20 years old and over
- Marketing, Events organization or Graphic design background a plus
- Active interest for the art scene (visual and/or performing arts)
- Good command of English
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient
- Dynamic, organized
- Speaking Chinese is a plus, but not compulsory
- Own laptop
